'Honey Possum's Bush Cafe' book launch

Meet the author and illustrator of the beautiful new picture book, Easter Bilby’s Friends - Honey Possum’s Bush Café! Help us celebrate the launch of Kristin Martin and Bianca Richardson’s second Easter Bilby Friends picture book.

It's the Grand Opening of Honey Possum's Bush Café. There's plenty of food for everyone. But no-one is coming! How will Easter Bilby help his friends?

The creative forces behind the book, author Kristin Martin and illustrator Bianca Richardson, will be present. Books will be available for purchase and tea, coffee and refreshments will be provided.

School Holiday Program

Our school holiday program (SHP) offers a range of activities and events during the school holidays. The program is available approximately two weeks before the holidays begin.

National Simultaneous Story Time

Every year in May, the Australian Library and Information Association organises National Simultaneous Story Time to support reading and literacy.

National Simultaneous Story Time aims to promote:

• the value of books
• Australian writers and publishers
• activities in public libraries and communities around the country.

In 2025, National Simultaneous Story Time will take place on Wednesday 21 May with the book 'The Truck Cat' by Deborah Frenkel.
