Reusable cloth nappy and sanitary items rebate

Did you know that in Australia, an estimated 660 million disposable nappies and sanitary items are sent to landfill annually? With the cost of living getting more expensive, reusable nappies and sanitary items can help save you money and help us take better care of the environment.

To help local residents take advantage of purchasing these items, the City of West Torrens Council are offering a rebate on Reusable cloth nappies and Sanitary Items. 

Rebates

  • Reusable Cloth Nappies - up to 50 per cent of the cost (maximum $50)
  • Reusable Sanitary Items - up to 50 per cent of the cost (maximum $50)

Eligibility criteria

  • rebates are available to West Torrens' residents only
  • proof of residency is required
  • one rebate per household only
  • a copy of the retailer's receipt must be provided with the application
  • Applications must be made no later than 6 months from purchase date
  • Rebates are provided by cheque or Bank Transfer only
  • Reusable sanitary products includes: sanitary pads, sanitary cups and leak-proof underwear.
  • Rebates do not include transport, postage or delivery costs
  • Rebates are available until budget allocation has been exhausted

To apply, please complete the Reusable cloth nappy and sanitary items rebate form and upload all required information and attachments.
