Have your say on cat management laws

The Department for Environment and Water (DEW) is currently seeking feedback on proposed changes to cat management laws.

Managing cats is complex, with responsibilities shared between individuals, local, state and federal governments, as well as non-government parties.

DEW is seeking to update sections of the Dog and Cat Management Act 1995 to provide more clarity for responsible cat management.
