Be part of the Stobie Pole Project 2025

In 2022, the Helpmann Academy launched the Stobie Pole Project, a cross collaboration with SA Power Networks and local councils to bring to life art on public Stobies.
This year, we are proud to be the sole council partner of this project with local Stobies in George Street, Thebarton being identified as possible display spaces.
The Stobie Pole Project is not just about creating a piece of art for a pole. Applicants chosen to be part of the program will be mentored and supported by artist Christine Cholewa to develop their abilities and confidence in producing artworks.
