Be Connected: free basic computer workshops for people aged 50+

The free Be Connected program now offered at the Hamra Centre Library will help you build essential digital skills.

Whether you’ve never touched a computer before or want to refresh or extend your skills, our workshops offer a non-judgemental environment to help you gain confidence using technology.

Participants must be aged 50 years and over, and be able to attend a minimum of 2 small group guided learning courses. Individual 30-minute supported learning sessions are also available for people wanting to complete additional units.

Sessions are held fortnightly on Thursdays at the Hamra Centre Library, 1 Brooker Terrace, Hilton.

• Guided learning courses: 2pm - 4pm.
• 30 minute 1 on 1 Be Connected additional units: 4pm - 5pm.

Participants must be members of a South Australian public library and bookings are essential for all classes. Classes are free.
