A dedicated collection of reading materials, toys, games and equipment for people living with disability, their carers and families. It includes a range of information and resources for all ages.

- friendships and relationships
- health, hygiene and nutrition
- parenting
- pathological demand avoidance (PDA)
- sensory disorders.

- ear muffs
- body sock
- routine charts
- ocean drum.
Loan conditions:

Baking tins and pans in a variety of shapes and sizes for everyone to borrow, make a cake and celebrate.
Shapes for tins and pans include:

First Nations Australians
Discover our new First Nations Australians collection and expand your knowledge about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. The collection includes books on various topics such as: history, art, politics, economy, and social issues, and celebrates the richness and diversity of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture and connection to Country.

Kits comprised of books, DVDs and supporting equipment (e.g. skipping ropes, pedometers) helping to promote healthy lifestyles and wellness in our community.
Topics for healthy living kits include:

- diabetes

Independent living collection
Try out products and aids that may make your life easier and help you become more self-reliant.
Equipment for independent living includes:
- general gadgets - jar openers, tap turners, reaching grips
- dressing aids - button hook tools, dressing sticks
- reading aids - book stands and tables
- mobility aids - crutches, walking sticks and frames
- chair and bed supports.
Also available:
- actively ageing kits
- puzzles and games.

Memory collection
The Memory collection highlights a range of collections that can benefit people living with dementia and memory loss along with their carers.
The Memory collection includes but is not limited to:
- Non-fiction books on an array of topics
- Short fiction books, such as on folktales, myths, poetry
- Books that are highly illustrated with colour photographs
- Books for reading aloud
- Local history books and biographies of famous people written in an easy to understand style/format
- Audio books
- Magazines, music and DVDs.

Book club sets
Book club sets are available to borrow for independent book discussion groups. Each set includes 10 books and must be borrowed and returned as a complete set.
Titles are available in a range of genres for book club sets including:
- classic fiction
- new release fiction
- non-fiction
- biographies.

- six week loan period
