Cybercrime community information

In October 2023, the South Australia Police (SAPOL) Cybercrime Training and Prevention Section provided an information session for the West Torrens community on cybercrime, and how we can help safeguard ourselves in a world of online scams.

Casey Morrison, from SAPOL's Cybercrime Unit, presented to our community around issues such as:

  • Email scams.
  • Phone text (SMS) scams.
  • Phishing.
  • Online financial scams.
  • Relationship scams.

Ludwig Films videoed the session for us so that we could provide this information to our community. The video is around 40 minutes long and features open captions.
