Our judo club has been a place to learn and practice judo for the last 54 years. Our club accepts practitioners of any age, background, or ability. We are a place where young and old can learn and progress together and where the love for judo transcends our individual differences.

Judo is:

• A versatile physical activity that conditions both strength and stamina and improves general fitness.
• An effective and comprehensive self-defense system.
• A functional martial art with traditional roots that gets practiced against resisting opponents.
• A grappling style that gets practiced standing and on the ground.
• A vibrant sport that has been in the Olympics since 1964.
• A great way to improve self-knowledge and self-discipline.
• A means to improve coordination and balance and protect our bodies from taking a fall.

Our classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm to 7.30pm.
