Weekly Wellbeing Walk (WWW) - Wellbeing Wednesdays

Put on sunscreen, a hat, decent walking shoes and comfortable clothing for WWW. Bring your water bottle, pack up the kids in a stroller and get moving. Open to all ages. The only thing you need to decide is how far you wish to walk and what pace.
