Be Connected Beginner Courses

Whether you’ve never touched a computer before or want to refresh or extend your skills, our workshops offer a non-judgemental environment to help you gain confidence using technology.

Courses run over 4-week blocks. You will receive one booking for the 4 weeks.

Below are the beginner level courses. Check out these courses instead if you already have the basics in hand.

 

Beginners: Introduction to technology and the internet

Begins 30 January, and continues 6 February, 13 February, and 20 February

Course repeated on 3 April, continuing 10 April, 17 April, and 24 April

Course repeated on 5 June, continuing 12 June, 19 June, and 26 June

 

Beginners: Introduction to document management

Begins 27 February, and continues 6 March, 13 March, and 20 March 

Course repeated on 1 May, continuing 8 May, 15 May, and 22 May

Course repeated on 3 July, continuing 10 July, 17 July, and 24 July

 

Participants must be aged 50 years and over, and members of a South Australian public library. Please let staff know if you have any access requirements.
