Adult Learners Week: Core Strength

A core exercise class typically focuses on strengthening the muscles in the abdominal and lower back areas, as well as the muscles that support the pelvis and hips.

The goal of a core exercise class is to improve overall core strength, stability, and balance, which can help to prevent injuries, improve posture, and enhance athletic performance. In addition to the physical benefits, core exercise classes may also help to reduce stress and improve mental focus, as many of the exercises require concentration and mindful breathing. One half hour timeslot per person. West Torrens residents only.

Session 1: 4.30pm - 5.00pm

Session 2: 5.15pm - 5.45pm

Session 3: 6.00pm - 6.30pm
