Torrens to Darlington
The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) upgrade project is one of the largest currently underway in South Australia. This project is being undertaken by the Department for Infrastructure and Transport (DIT).
Project works will, and do, affect those who live and work in West Torrens and, as a partner in this project, our Council seeks to keep our community informed about issues which affect us locally.
