Community Service Award 2019
Raymond Betts

Presented to citizens who have made outstanding voluntary contributions in the field of community services in West Torrens in recognition of their appreciated and highly valued efforts for the benefit of the local community. A maximum of ten Community Service Awards may be presented annually.

Awarded to Raymond Betts for volunteering his time at Lockleys Primary school and Henley RSL.
