Pastor Elliot Keane

Citizens who have made a noteworthy contribution during the previous year and/or given outstanding service to the local community over a number of years.

Described as a person who has skills to strengthen a community and is ‘worth his weight in gold’, Elliot Keane not only takes an active part in the daily activities of the Richmond Baptist Church, but is involved with Richmond Primary School and West Torrens Football Club.

Elliot has been instrumental in creating Thriving Neighbourhoods, a group which helps local residents connect and supports new arrivals in our communities. He works closely with Richmond Primary School to improve facilities and support children who have recently arrived in Australia and assists families while they acclimatise to their new surroundings.
