Presented to a local community group that has made an outstanding voluntary contribution to the community of West Torrens. Only one Community Group Award may be presented annually.

Showing children that nature play is an important part of learning and development, the Netley Kindergarten worked with Council on a redesign and redevelopment project of Joe Wells Reserve, including the playground, which is utilised by the kindergarten’s children.
