Presented to a local community group that has made an outstanding voluntary contribution to the community of West Torrens. Only one Community Group Award may be presented annually.

The Lockleys and Cowandilla Primary Schools received West Torrens Community Group Awards for their active participation in the road safety calendar project and support of the Road Safety Group.
