Liquor licensing

Liquor licenses are granted by Consumer and Business Services (previously the Office of the Liquor and Gambling Commission).

Consumer and Business Services requires an applicant to provide a completed 'Council Approvals - Liquor Licence Application' form.

After completing Section 1 of the form, please forward your form to development@wtcc.sa.gov.au.
